Directive Register is published by Wootten Consulting Company Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the app handles your information. It is short because the app is built to need almost nothing from you.
Directive Register collects no data. Nothing you enter ever leaves your device.
Nothing. The app has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or tracking of any kind.
None. Directive Register makes no network connections. It has no servers, no backend, and no third-party services or SDKs. It works fully offline.
Everything you create — your corporations and their directives — is stored locally on your device by the operating system (using Apple’s on-device storage). We never receive, see, or transmit any of it.
If you enable Apple’s iCloud in a future version of the app, your data may sync between your own Apple devices through your private iCloud account. That sync is handled entirely by Apple under Apple’s privacy terms; it is not visible or accessible to us. (The current release does not enable iCloud sync.)
If you use the in-app “Share” feature to export a register as an image, that image is handed to Apple’s standard share sheet and goes only where you choose to send it. We are not involved in that transfer.
The app is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will change with it.
Questions about privacy: support@woocon.co.uk
Most of what you need is below. If it isn’t, get in touch at support@woocon.co.uk.
1. On first launch you’ll be asked to found a corporation — give it a name (the only required field), and optionally a motto, a division, the word it uses for a task, a phosphor colour, and a temperament.
2. Prefer to explore first? Tap “load two example corporations” to start with a couple of ready-made ones.
3. Type a directive in the input row and tap LOG to add it. The system log will respond in your corporation’s voice.
No. Directive Register works entirely offline and never connects to the network.
No. Nothing you enter leaves your device. See the Privacy Policy above.
Type it in the input row and tap LOG. Tap the box beside a directive to mark it complete; tap the letter to cycle its priority (A / B / C); tap × to remove it.
Tap CORPORATIONS (or the corporation name) to open the roster. On iPad, the roster is the sidebar.
In the roster, choose DEL, then type the corporation’s name to confirm. This permanently removes the corporation and all of its directives.
Each temperament changes the tone of the system-log responses — seductive, indifferent, benevolent, menacing, or clinical. It’s flavour only; it doesn’t change how your tasks behave.
Yes. Enable Settings › Accessibility › Motion › Reduce Motion and the flicker and cursor blink stop.
Not in this version — data is stored locally on each device. iCloud sync is planned for a future update.
No. It’s a single one-time purchase, with no in-app purchases and no ads.
A negotiation instrument. Everything stays on your device.
Set up a negotiation, read a brief written for that exact deal, then log what happened. Over a handful of deals it shows you — honestly — how you are doing. There is no account, no server, and no tracking; nothing you enter ever leaves your device.
Parley’s coaching is not generic advice. It was built with experienced negotiators whose careers add up to more than 200 years at the table — buying, selling, settling and holding the line in real rooms with real money on it — distilled into a briefing you can read in the minute before you walk in.

Questions about privacy: support@woocon.co.uk
Most of what you need is below. If it isn’t, get in touch at support@woocon.co.uk.
1. Create a file for the deal you’re working on — a supplier, a purchase, a pay review.
2. Set it up: tell Parley what kind of negotiation it is and where you stand. It takes under a minute.
3. Read your brief — the moves to make, the ploys to expect and how to answer them, and one line worth trying.
4. Afterwards, log the outcome: what they opened at, where it landed, and what you did.
No. Parley works entirely offline and never connects to the network.

By design. Parley varies which points it surfaces and how they are phrased, so a brief never reads like a form you have filled before. The substance stays consistent; the wording keeps it fresh.
After a negotiation, open its file and log the result — won, held or lost — along with their opening, the final figure, and the tactics you used. Over a few deals, the record begins to show you your own patterns.
Open the record screen and choose a different project. Each file keeps its own record and its own currency.
You can strike an individual engagement or a whole project from within the app. Deleting the app removes everything permanently — there is no copy held anywhere else.
On the record screen, use Export File (CSV) to produce a spreadsheet of your whole register — yours to keep, open or move anywhere.
This edition, Parley Buyer, is built for buying: everyday goods, services, ongoing and subscription costs, capital equipment, salary reviews, and disputes. Each has its own tailored coaching.
Yes. On the record screen, DEGRADE DISPLAY toggles the CRT texture and SUPPRESS CEREMONY skips the wake animation. Enabling Settings › Accessibility › Motion › Reduce Motion also stops the motion.
Not in this version — data is stored locally on each device. iCloud sync is planned for a future update.
No. There is no subscription and there are no adverts.
No. Parley is a preparation and record-keeping tool offering general negotiation coaching, not advice on your specific circumstances. Seek a qualified professional where the stakes require one.
